Non-Basic Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 50g crunchy pb (i used deep roast @manilife_)
  • 30g honey
  • 4(ish) tbsp of soy sauce
  • 50ml (ish) water
  • 80g onion fine diced
  • 1 garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a small bowl and taste it a lot whilst adding the soy and water to make sure it's good! Add a bit more water than you think you need

  2. In a frying pan, slowly soften really finely diced onions and garlic until its a bit jammy

  3. Then toss in the PB, honey, soy mix and keep stirring on a medium / low heat until it thickens up and just leave it on a super low heat until you're ready to use it
