Non-Basic Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
- 50g crunchy pb (i used deep roast @manilife_)
- 30g honey
- 4(ish) tbsp of soy sauce
- 50ml (ish) water
- 80g onion fine diced
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation
Mix everything in a small bowl and taste it a lot whilst adding the soy and water to make sure it's good! Add a bit more water than you think you need
In a frying pan, slowly soften really finely diced onions and garlic until its a bit jammy
Then toss in the PB, honey, soy mix and keep stirring on a medium / low heat until it thickens up and just leave it on a super low heat until you're ready to use it
