Nut Free Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons milled flax seed (or i just ground some golden linseed)
- 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
- 24 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Dark Agave nectar to sweeten if needed
Mix all above in a food processor and form ball shapes. Coat in chia seeds, dedicated coconut or even good quality chocolate as a treat
