Nut Free Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons milled flax seed (or i just ground some golden linseed)
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 24 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Dark Agave nectar to sweeten if needed

  2. Mix all above in a food processor and form ball shapes. Coat in chia seeds, dedicated coconut or even good quality chocolate as a treat
