Oatmeal Choco-Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal flour (can substitute with normal flour)
- 1 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup stevia or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Choco-chips
- Salt, cinnamon & nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, beat together the coconut oil, stevia/brown sugar, and baking powder.
Combine both mixtures and gradually add the plant-based milk.
Fold in the choco-chips and knead the dough until cookie dough forms. Shape into small cookies and place on an oven tray.
Bake at 180°C for 9 minutes.
