Our Hasselbeck Potatos
Ingredients
- 6 golden russet potatoes
- olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- pink himalayan salt
- black pepper
- onion powder
- dried oregano
- Directions
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°
Thinly slice potatoes 2/3 down and place into a cast iron pan or baking sheet
Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle on garlic and seasonings
Place in oven for 45 minutes or until tender
Once time is up remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and sauce of choice
