Our Organic Plant Based Packed Taco Bowls


  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup portabella mushroom
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/3 cup of black beans
  • 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes
  • 1 tortilla
  • 2 hass avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cups arugula


  1. In a medium sized pot cook quinoa according to directions(we seasoned ours with a drizzle of olive oil and pink himalayan salt

  2. In a medium sized pan on medium heat add olive oil and garlic

  3. Stir until fragrant and then add mushrooms along with seasonings

  4. Stir pan well until components are well combined add a dash of water and stir again

  5. Turn off heat and allow water to evaporate

  6. Once quinoa is ready remove from heat and add lime juice, 1 avocado (mashed) stir well while mashing avocado

  7. In bowls of choice add arugula followed by quinoa, black beans, avocado, grape tomatoes

  8. Add chips and garnish with fresh cilantro(we also served ours with our garlic sauce) and enjoy #threebunnies #thefeedfeed????
