Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons of protein powder
  • 1 tsp bicarb
  • splash of vanilla
  • grating of nutmeg
  • pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Couple of eggs and milk to make it thick pancake batter consistency

  2. Mix well then fry off in batches. Heat a pan up to medium heat, add coconut oil then spoon abt 2 tbsp per pancake. Fry until golden (about 2 mins each side, do not over cook as they go abit dry)

  3. Keep them warm in the oven whilst you cook all of them. Then serve with butter (or more coconut oil) coconut syrup, lime zest, lime wedge and pineapple. THEN ENJOY. Happy Sunday peeps
