Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c cassava
  • 1/2c sorghum
  • 1/2c buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2c-1c filtered water
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1c fresh or frozen blues

Preparation

  1. Whisk dry ingredients

  2. Prepare flax egg

  3. Whisk rest of wet ingredients in large measuring cup

  4. Once flax has gelled mix everything together

  5. If too thick add more water
