Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh Italian flat leaf parsley leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup raw pine nuts (or pepita seeds if nut-free)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (or more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large clove of garlic
