  • 1/4 cup raw pine nuts (or pepita seeds if nut-free)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large clove of garlic
