Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 40g vanilla soy isolate

Toppings

  • Some mini party rings
  • Custard, yogurt, or peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes

  3. Place in the fridge for the following morning

  4. Flip onto a plate and top with love
