Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 100g (about 1 cup) of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 (heaped) tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 large medjool date, chopped
- 300ml (1 and 1/4 cup) unsweetened plant milk
- (optional) pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
Let sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, mix it again with a spoon.
Transfer to serving cups or bowls.
Top with peanut butter and jelly.
Add something crunchy like puffed grains or chopped nuts.
