Pecan and Cranberry Scones
Ingredients
- 1 c oat flour
- 1 c regular flour
- 3 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 big tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c oatmilk
- 1 small egg
- cardamom
- cinnamon
- cranberries
- pecan nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C or 375°F
Melt the coconut oil
Mix the dry and wet ingredients and add the chopped pecans and cranberries
If the dough is too wet, add a bit more flour
Shape the dough into a ball and flatten it on a baking sheet using your palm
Cut into 6 pieces
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 18-22 minutes and let cool
