Pink Asparagus with Soft-Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 bunch pink asparagus from Cilavegna
- 4 eggs
- bread (ciabatta or similar)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Boil the eggs until soft-boiled.
Cook the asparagus until tender.
Serve on fresh bread, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with a pinch of salt.
