Pink Asparagus with Soft-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch pink asparagus from Cilavegna
  • 4 eggs
  • bread (ciabatta or similar)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs until soft-boiled.

  2. Cook the asparagus until tender.

  3. Serve on fresh bread, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with a pinch of salt.
