Pink Pancakes
Ingredients
- 200ml coconut milk
- some lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5g chia seeds
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 60g spelt
- 30g vegan protein
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Preparation
In a mixer add 200ml coconut milk, some lemon juice, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 5g chia seeds, 1 cooked beetroot
Transfer into a bowl and add 60g spelt, 30g vegan protein, mix well with a fork
Then in a pan add 1/2 tsp olive oil and transfer the mixture into pancake shape
Add your favourite toppings and enjoy
