Potato Salad


  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of chopped baby dill pickles
  • 1/3 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
  • 4 tbs of vegan mayo (we used @followyourheart)
  • 2 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs of fresh chopped dill
  • 1/4 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika


  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil then add potatoes cover and cook for 25 minutes

  2. Once potatoes are ready drain pot and chop potatoes and place into a medium sized bowl

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl at once and stir until ingredients are well combined, but try not to over stir or the potatos will break up more

  4. Garnish with fresh chopped dill and paprika and enjoy???? #threebunnies #superbowl50
