Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- • 2 tsp flaxseed • 4 Tbsp Almond Milk • 1 banana • Half Scoop of Whey • 1/2 cup coconut flour • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- • 1 Tbsp yoghurt • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
Preparation
Place the flax and almond milk in a small bowl and set aside for 5 mins
Combine the remaining ingredients together and add the flax
Cook for 12 mins in the oven at 180oc
