Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon moringa
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of cherries
- 1 tablespoon of agave nectar ▪️
Preparation
Combine 1 cup of coconut milk, moringa and agave nectar into a bowl and mix until powder dissolve
Next, add your chia seeds and stir continuously for about 2 minutes while the chia seeds absorb the milk
Allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes
You can either let it sit for an hour or serve like this, but here i let it sit overnight
Jam;
Add raspberries and frozen cherries into a blender and blend until it has a jam-like consistency
Then add on top of your chia seed pudding
Top with coconut milk, fresh raspberries and coconut flakes?
