Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon moringa
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of cherries
  • 1 tablespoon of agave nectar ▪️

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 cup of coconut milk, moringa and agave nectar into a bowl and mix until powder dissolve

  2. Next, add your chia seeds and stir continuously for about 2 minutes while the chia seeds absorb the milk

  3. Allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes

  4. You can either let it sit for an hour or serve like this, but here i let it sit overnight

  5. Jam;

  6. Add raspberries and frozen cherries into a blender and blend until it has a jam-like consistency

  7. Then add on top of your chia seed pudding

  8. Top with coconut milk, fresh raspberries and coconut flakes?
