Pumpkin Oatmeal with Candied Pecans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup maple oat milk
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup candied pecans
Preparation
Combine oats, oat milk, and pumpkin in a microwave safe dish
Microwave for 3-4 minutes
Stir and let sit for a few minutes (it will thicken as it cools)
Top with pecans (or any nut, really) and a drizzle of maple syrup or a dash of cinnamon
