Pumpkin Oatmeal with Candied Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup maple oat milk
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup candied pecans

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, oat milk, and pumpkin in a microwave safe dish

  2. Microwave for 3-4 minutes

  3. Stir and let sit for a few minutes (it will thicken as it cools)

  4. Top with pecans (or any nut, really) and a drizzle of maple syrup or a dash of cinnamon
