Gluten Free Dairy Free Paleo Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp gluten free baking powder
- 2 tbsp almond flour
Toppings
- oat milk yogurt
- chocolate hazelnut spread
- chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Spray the waffle maker with coconut oil spray, using a mini waffle maker if available.
Cook the waffle according to the waffle iron's instructions.
Note: This recipe yields about 3 waffles with a mini waffle maker, similar to normal sized freezer waffles. You can use any waffle maker.
