Gluten Free Dairy Free Paleo Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp gluten free baking powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour

Toppings

  • oat milk yogurt
  • chocolate hazelnut spread
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Spray the waffle maker with coconut oil spray, using a mini waffle maker if available.

  3. Cook the waffle according to the waffle iron's instructions.

  4. Note: This recipe yields about 3 waffles with a mini waffle maker, similar to normal sized freezer waffles. You can use any waffle maker.
