Ingredients
- 1. Mix 1/2 cup @wholefoods canned pumpkin, 1 egg, 2 tbsp gluten free baking powder, 2 tbsp almond flour in a bowl
- 2. Spray waffle maker with coconut oil spray (we used @unprocessyourfood mini waffle maker)
- 3. Cook waffle per waffle iron instructions
- Note: you can use any waffle maker, but recipe yields about 3 waffles using this mini waffle maker (they’re like normal sized freezer waffles)
