Puppy Chow Sweet Rolls with a Vanilla Cream Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Nutlight
- 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Slimfast vanilla cake batter powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Preparation
Put mozzarella, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Mix until a ball of dough forms. Add egg and stir until combined
Sprinkle some almond flour on your counter to keep dough from sticking and press dough into a large rectangle
Put Nutilight and peanut butter in a bowl and microwave 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Spread on to dough
Roll up dough starting on the short end. Slice into 1 inch thick buns and place on a greased baking dish. (For softer dough ~ place buns without any space in between. For crisper dough ~ place on a cookie sheet spread apart)
Bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
Whisk together Slimfast powder and almond milk. Pour over sweet rolls while still warm
