Quick and Easy Plantain Crisps
Ingredients
- 2 unripe plantains
- Vegetable oil
- Sea salt
Preparation
Finely slice the plantains, ideally with a mandolin.
Shallow fry the slices in vegetable oil for 30 seconds.
Place them on a sheet of plenty_uk to absorb excess oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Optionally, add creative flavors or serve with dips like pineapple salsa.
