Quick & Easy Plantain Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 unripe plantains, finely sliced
  • vegetable oil
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. All you need to do is finely slice them, ideally with a mandolin and shallow fry in some vegetable oil for 30 seconds, then place them onto one sheet to absorb excess oil and finally sprinkle with sea salt
