Quorn Quarter Pounder with Wedges and Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 8 St Pierre Brioche buns
  • Rocket leaves
  • 2 Quorn Quarter Pounders
  • 2 Asda light cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Marabel Wedges
  • Salad
  • 2 tbsp Aldi lighter than light mayo
  • Deliciou BBQ bacon seasoning
  • Sliced onions
  • Oil
  • Pinch of NKD Living Erythitrol Gold

Preparation

  1. Toast the brioche buns and set aside.

  2. Grill the Quorn Quarter Pounders and top each one with a slice of light cheese.

  3. Make the Baconaise by mixing together the Aldi mayo and Deliciou BBQ bacon seasoning.

  4. To caramelize the onions, heat a wok with a few squirts of oil and add the sliced onions. Cook slowly with a lid until brown and sticky. Add a pinch of NKD Living Erythitrol Gold.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing rocket leaves on the bottom bun, followed by the Quorn Quarter Pounder with cheese, a dollop of Baconaise, and a spoonful of caramelized onions.

  6. Spread Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup on the top bun and place it on top of the burger.

  7. Serve with Marabel Wedges and a side salad.
