Rajma and Gahat Ki Daal + Steamed Rice + Green Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • ➡️ Boil the Rajma and Gahat Daal in water with 1/2 tps Mustard Oil and ginger chopped. ➡️ Lock it for 7-8 whistles in pressure. cooker. ➡️ Take out the boiled pulses from cooker. ➡️ Then add mustard oil and then chopped onions, green chilles, tomatoes with spices
  • ➡️ 1/2 tps coriander powder
  • ➡️ 1/4 tps turmeric powder
  • ➡️ 1/4 tps red chilli powder
  • ➡️ 1/2 tps garam masala. ➡️ Fry all the ingredients and spices as shown in slides and then add boil pulses to it.Stir well for 2 min. ➡️ Then add water and close the pressure cooker. ➡️ Cook it for 6-7 whistles
  • ➡️ Garnish and serve it with coriander leaves, Steamed Rice and green Mint Chutney
