Raspberry and Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons white chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (you may use any fruit of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl

  2. Leave for about an hour or so until the chia seeds expand

  3. And enjoy!
