Raspberry and White Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted ghee butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add the butter, egg and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar and oats then add to the wet mixture.
Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips then use a spoon to yield 6 cookies on the baking paper. They will flatten out in the oven so do not place too close together.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden around the edges and leave to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
