Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients

  • all purpose flour
  • egg
  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • cane sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • white chocolate chips
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.

  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and cane sugar using a fork.

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  4. Stir in the all-purpose flour until the batter is smooth.

  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Allow the blondies to cool completely before cutting into bars.
