Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies
Ingredients
- all purpose flour

- butter
- brown sugar
- cane sugar
- vanilla extract
- white chocolate chips
- raspberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and cane sugar using a fork.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Stir in the all-purpose flour until the batter is smooth.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the blondies to cool completely before cutting into bars.
