Raspberry Oat Smoothie with Cacao and Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 150 g raspberries (frozen work well)
  • 100 ml vegan milk (such as Besproud)
  • 50 ml rolled or quick oats

Toppings

  • some extra oats
  • fresh raspberries
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut
  • buckwheat and quinoa puffs
  • fresh mint
  • edible forget-me-not flowers

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add the toppings on top and enjoy.
