Raw Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 5 medjool dates (soaked for about 10 mins) - take pits out
  • 2-4 fruit of choice (peaches or apples or pears???), thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Put soaked dates in the food processor once they become soft

  2. Pulse your dates (with cinnamon) until they are a fine consistency, in very small little chunks

  3. Take your date mixture and place in a bowl

  4. Now, add your walnuts & almonds and pulse again in the food processor until you have very finely ground chunks

  5. Pour your nut mixture over the dates and massage together, you'll get a nice crumble

  6. Slice your fruit of choice and place them in a bowl, take your crumble and sprinkle generously over your fruit of choice

  7. Optional: take our homemade banana ice cream (1 frozen banana in food processor) and add to cobbler for extra deliciousness! ⭐serve and enjoy immediately
