Raw Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 5 medjool dates (soaked for about 10 mins) - take pits out
- 2-4 fruit of choice (peaches or apples or pears???), thinly sliced
Preparation
Put soaked dates in the food processor once they become soft
Pulse your dates (with cinnamon) until they are a fine consistency, in very small little chunks
Take your date mixture and place in a bowl
Now, add your walnuts & almonds and pulse again in the food processor until you have very finely ground chunks
Pour your nut mixture over the dates and massage together, you'll get a nice crumble
Slice your fruit of choice and place them in a bowl, take your crumble and sprinkle generously over your fruit of choice
Optional: take our homemade banana ice cream (1 frozen banana in food processor) and add to cobbler for extra deliciousness! ⭐serve and enjoy immediately
