Raw De-Hydrated Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds (pre-soaking time 4h)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pre-soaking time 4h)
  • 1/2 cup sun flower seeds (pre-soaking time 4h)
  • 1/2 cup almonds (pre-soaking time 8h)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or another wholesome sweetener
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (acv) or fresh lemon juice
  • 2tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano

Preparation

  1. Put almonds to soak in water for 8h, after rinse and set aside to dry

  2. Put sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds into bowl with water, let soak for 3-4h, after rinse and set aside to dry

  3. Put flax seeds into grinder and make flour, put into mixing bowl with 1/2 cup water, mix ingredients well

  4. Let it sit for 15 min to thicken

  5. Soak sundried tomatoes in warm water for 2 hours, unless you use ones that are in oil, they are also good to use, just don’t add extra oil

  6. After cut into smaller pieces & put sundried tomatoes, garlic(optional) flax seed mix, fresh lemon or acv (apple cider vinegar), sea salt, your sweetener & herbs into food processor with s-blade, after put mixture into mixing bowl

  7. If you use electrical oven, warm it just 50 degrees of celsius with air circulation and take baking dish, put baking paper on it & after spread mixture evenly on the baking dish, draw lines on it to cut easily after

  8. If you are using de-hydrator, then use silicon sheets on the rack, spread evenly and draw lines for easy cutting after, put on 45 degrees and de-hydrate for 8 hours and flip over for another 4 hours to get crunchy crackers

  9. Store in air tight container for weeks in cool place!
