Red Kidney Beans Pasta
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1/2 cup red kidney beans
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
- 1/2 l cooking cream
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- pepper - salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes
Sauce
Pour the cooking cream in saucepan
Add the 1/2 cup of milk
Lit it simmer for about 5 minutes
Then add the tomato paste with 1/4 cup water
Add salt and pepper for taste * In separate pan
Put a little of olive oil and put the chopped onion and minced garlic
After a while add the peas, beans and broccoli and wait for 5 minutes. * Before served
Pour the sauce on the pasta And give it a mix
Add the vegetables to the pasta
Lit it simmer for about 5 minutes
