Red Kidney Beans Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1/2 cup red kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 l cooking cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • pepper - salt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes

  2. Sauce

  3. Pour the cooking cream in saucepan

  4. Add the 1/2 cup of milk

  5. Lit it simmer for about 5 minutes

  6. Then add the tomato paste with 1/4 cup water

  7. Add salt and pepper for taste * In separate pan

  8. Put a little of olive oil and put the chopped onion and minced garlic

  9. After a while add the peas, beans and broccoli and wait for 5 minutes. * Before served

  10. Pour the sauce on the pasta And give it a mix

  11. Add the vegetables to the pasta

  12. Lit it simmer for about 5 minutes
