
Roasted Oca Tubers, Steamed Broccoli and Grilled Asparagus with Freshly Made Avocado and Horseradish Dip

Ingredients
- I rubbed the asparagus with olive oil
- sprinkled it with salt and pepper and grilled it. While the broccoli was gently sitting in my bamboo steamer
- I prepared the dip by finely grating some fresh horseradish root
- adding to it 1 avocado
- 1 Tbs of apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs of raw olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- pepper and 1 Tbs of water. I blended it all together really well. Then I sprinkled the whole meal with a lot hemp seeds
