Roasted Oca Tubers, Steamed Broccoli and Grilled Asparagus with Freshly Made Avocado and Horseradish Dip

Ingredients

  • I rubbed the asparagus with olive oil
  • sprinkled it with salt and pepper and grilled it. While the broccoli was gently sitting in my bamboo steamer
  • I prepared the dip by finely grating some fresh horseradish root
  • adding to it 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbs of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs of raw olive oil
  • Himalayan salt
  • pepper and 1 Tbs of water. I blended it all together really well. Then I sprinkled the whole meal with a lot hemp seeds
