Shishito Peppers with Lemongrass Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vegenaise
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Lemongrass Sriracha
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp of Date Syrup
  • Optional: 1 Small Clove of Garlic finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Grill the shishito peppers in a little bit of oil until all sides are blistered

  2. Mix the ingredients together for the dipping sauce

  3. Enjoy!
