Shishito Peppers with Lemongrass Sriracha Aioli
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vegenaise
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Lemongrass Sriracha
- Squeeze of Lime Juice
- 2 tsp of Date Syrup
- Optional: 1 Small Clove of Garlic finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Grill the shishito peppers in a little bit of oil until all sides are blistered
Mix the ingredients together for the dipping sauce
