Simple Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 80g (per person) plain flour or whole wheat. i used 160g in this mix and it made 4 flatbreads.

  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • use what ever herbs or spices you have and fancy)
  • how to ?‍? mix the dry ingredients together make a well and simply add water until it comes together as a dough using a spoon. use a smidge of extra flour whilst kneading then roll out to 3/4 millimetres (flour as you go)
  • cook on a frying pan or griddle pan on both sides until both sides are slighted charred.

Preparation
