Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwifruit
  • 3 fejioas
  • 1 pear
  • 1 granny smith
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • apple
  • small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • handful corriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon ( optional )
  • chiaseeds soaked in coconut water over night
