Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 kiwifruit
- 3 fejioas
- 1 pear
- 1 granny smith
- 1 tsp matcha
- apple
- small piece of ginger
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- handful corriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon ( optional )
- chiaseeds soaked in coconut water over night
Preparation
Mix them all together and ready to drink this super easy and delicious smoothie
