Layered Fruit Smoothie with Turmeric and Berries
Ingredients
- mango
- pineapple pieces
- coconut water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- blueberries
- frozen bananas
- cinnamon powder
Preparation
Blend the yellow combo ingredients in a blender.
Blend the red combo ingredients in a blender.
Layer the mixtures in a jar and serve.
Note that cinnamon can be omitted, and the smoothie still tastes delicious.
