Layered Fruit Smoothie with Turmeric and Berries

Ingredients

  • mango
  • pineapple pieces
  • coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • blueberries
  • frozen bananas
  • cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the yellow combo ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend the red combo ingredients in a blender.

  3. Layer the mixtures in a jar and serve.

  4. Note that cinnamon can be omitted, and the smoothie still tastes delicious.
