Smoothie
Ingredients
- The smoothie was 2 handfuls of kale, 1 cup pineapple, handful of mint, 1/2 cup coconut water and 1 tsp of spirulina all blended with ice
- Chocolate sauce: Put 1/2 cup oat milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder in a pan
Preparation
Bring to the boil, stirring all the time and simmer for 30 secs to 1 min
Remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp cacao butter until melted and leave to cool
