Breakfast Smoothies for the Family

Ingredients

Adult smoothie

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1/2 stick celery
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 apple
  • chunk of ginger
  • lots of coconut water

Children's smoothie

  • handful of frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 200ml of organic whole milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the adult smoothie ingredients together until smooth

  2. Blend the children's smoothie ingredients together until smooth
