Breakfast Smoothies for the Family
Ingredients
Adult smoothie
- 1 beetroot
- 1/2 stick celery
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 blood orange
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 apple
- chunk of ginger
- lots of coconut water
Children's smoothie
- handful of frozen mango
- 1/2 banana
- 200ml of organic whole milk
Preparation
Blend the adult smoothie ingredients together until smooth
Blend the children's smoothie ingredients together until smooth
