Beet Banana Spinach Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen beets
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 green tipped banana
- 1 scoop plain whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1-2 cups liquid of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, water)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
