Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 C frozen BEETS (the BEST part)
- 1 C fresh spinach
- 1 green tipped banana
- 1 scoop plain whey protein powder (see your guidelines)
- 2 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 C liquid of your choice (almond milk, coconut milk, water)
Preparation
Blend in a blender! Enjoy
