Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C frozen BEETS (the BEST part)
  • 1 C fresh spinach
  • 1 green tipped banana
  • 1 scoop plain whey protein powder (see your guidelines)
  • 2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 C liquid of your choice (almond milk, coconut milk, water)

Preparation

  1. Blend in a blender! Enjoy
