  • 1 roasted beet
  • a handful of dried mulberries
  • 8-10 frozen strawberries
  • a handful or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen tart cherries
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1tbsp tart cherry concentrate
  • coconut water for consistency
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt and maple syrup to taste. ? Green smoothie: 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 cup spinach and kale mix
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil and a pinch of salt
