Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 bananas

Preparation

  1. For bottom layer just blend all strawberries and pour them into jar

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into the jar as the second layer

  3. Add some fresh sliced strawberries and chocolate chips if desired (that means it's a must ??) and devour
