Spelt and Sunflower Seed Farm Loaf
Ingredients
- 300 g white spelt flour
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 500 g of lukewarm water
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 80g hmp seeds,
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp quinoa flakes
Preparation
Grease and line a baking pan. Place the lukewarm water in a large bowl and add the dry yeast, stir with a whisk and let it dissolve
Mix the flour, salt and the seeds together and add to the yeast mix with the apple cider vinegar and stir well
Place dough in the baking pan and sprinkle the surface with some quinoa flakes
Place the baking pan in the cold oven and bake at 200 C for 60 minutes. Don’t preheat the oven
Let the bread cool in the pan for 2 minutes and then let it cool completely on a wire rack
