Sticky Tofu Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • 400g firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper condiment
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Put the tapioca flour in a sandwich bag, add the tofu and shake the bag until all the tofu is covered in flour or dip the tofu in a bowl of flour

  2. Add all the other ingredients except the oil to a bowl and stir well

  3. Heat up a large pan with the oil

  4. Add the tofu and fry for about 4-5 minutes until brown

  5. Pour the sauce on top and cook for another 5 minutes
