Sticky Tofu Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper condiment
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Put the tapioca flour in a sandwich bag, add the tofu and shake the bag until all the tofu is covered in flour or dip the tofu in a bowl of flour
Add all the other ingredients except the oil to a bowl and stir well
Heat up a large pan with the oil
Add the tofu and fry for about 4-5 minutes until brown
Pour the sauce on top and cook for another 5 minutes
