Stir-Fried Morning Glory

Ingredients

  • 200g morning glory or leafy green of choice⁣⁣
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced⁣⁣
  • 2 tbs yellow bean sauce⁣⁣
  • 1 large red chilli⁣⁣
  • 0.5 tsp white sugar⁣⁣
  • 2 tbs oil⁣⁣
  • 1.5 tbs light soy sauce⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Bruise chilli by hitting it with the back of a knife so it breaks open a little

  2. Heat a wok, add oil

  3. Then add garlic, yellow bean sauce and your leafy greens - stir fry until greens have wilted and reduced

  4. Add stock, season with soy sauce and sugar and you're good to go
