Stir-Fried Morning Glory
Ingredients
- 200g morning glory or leafy green of choice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbs yellow bean sauce
- 1 large red chilli
- 0.5 tsp white sugar
- 2 tbs oil
- 1.5 tbs light soy sauce
Preparation
Bruise chilli by hitting it with the back of a knife so it breaks open a little
Heat a wok, add oil
Then add garlic, yellow bean sauce and your leafy greens - stir fry until greens have wilted and reduced
Add stock, season with soy sauce and sugar and you're good to go
