Strawberries + Cream Smoothie Bowl + Pink Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups frozen strawberries⁠
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk⁠
  • 2 cups oats⁠
  • 1.5 cups pitted soft dates⁠
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder ⁠
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt ⁠
  • 1 banana, frozen⁠
  • ✨ 11/2 cups frozen strawberries⁠
  • ✨ 1/2 cup plant-based milk⁠

Preparation

  1. Add the oats to a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse a few times to break down a bit.⁠

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough.⁠

  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.⁠

  4. Simply blend everything together
