Strawberries + Cream Smoothie Bowl + Pink Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 11/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 2 cups oats
- 1.5 cups pitted soft dates
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 banana, frozen
- ✨ 11/2 cups frozen strawberries
- ✨ 1/2 cup plant-based milk
Preparation
Add the oats to a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse a few times to break down a bit.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
Simply blend everything together
