Stuffed Vine Leaves Sambosa Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced stuffed vine leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses

Preparation

  1. Sauté all ingredients except the stuffed leaves over a medium heat until the vegetables are softened

  2. Mix all the spices with vegetables, lemon juice and pomegranate molasses

  3. Then gently fold it with stuffed grape leaves
