Stuffed Vine Leaves Sambosa Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 cups of sliced stuffed vine leaves
- 2 tablespoons of green onions
- 2 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes in oil
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sumac
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
Preparation
Sauté all ingredients except the stuffed leaves over a medium heat until the vegetables are softened
Mix all the spices with vegetables, lemon juice and pomegranate molasses
Then gently fold it with stuffed grape leaves
