- 100 g chopped pecan nut

- 70 g chopped brazil nut
- 80 g sunflower seed
- 4 tbsp chia seed
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 big tsp cinnamon
