- 1 can chickpeas - 1/4 cup tahini (I used ) - 2-3 tbsp olive oil - as much lemon as you want...I squeezed an entire lemon and even blended in some of the pulp from the lemon - garlic to taste
- salt and pepper - smoked paprika
Served with additional olive oil and paprika. You can definitely add whatever else you want (herbs, spices, etc) but this is my favorite base recipe
