Healthy Superfood Brownies with Ancient Grains and Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Enjoy Life Foods mix (made with ancient grains, probiotics and protein)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • Chia berry jam
  • Additional hemp seeds for topping

Preparation

  1. Combine the mix with applesauce, non-dairy milk, and hemp seeds.

  2. Pour the mixture into a baking pan.

  3. Swirl chia berry jam on top.

  4. Sprinkle more hemp seeds over the top.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.

  6. Enjoy the chocolate-y goodness once ready.
