Superfood Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened non dairy milk and 1/4 cup hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Enjoylifefoods mix (made with ancient grains, probiotics and protein) with 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce, 3/4 cup unsweetened non dairy milk and 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  2. Put in baking pan and swirled my chia berry jam on the top and sprinkled more hemp seeds

  3. Baked at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and viola! Chocolate-y goodness ready in no time
