Healthy Superfood Brownies with Ancient Grains and Hemp Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 box of Enjoy Life Foods mix (made with ancient grains, probiotics and protein)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- Chia berry jam
- Additional hemp seeds for topping
Preparation
Combine the mix with applesauce, non-dairy milk, and hemp seeds.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
Swirl chia berry jam on top.
Sprinkle more hemp seeds over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Enjoy the chocolate-y goodness once ready.
