Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chilli with Almond Flour Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tin full fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Place a splash of coconut oil in a pre-heated pan over medium heat
When hot pour 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan
Spread the batter out with a spoon
Once the batter starts to bubble and brown on the bottom side, flip it over
