Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chilli with Almond Flour Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tin full fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Place a splash of coconut oil in a pre-heated pan over medium heat

  3. When hot pour 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan

  4. Spread the batter out with a spoon

  5. Once the batter starts to bubble and brown on the bottom side, flip it over
