Sweet Potato Fries with Chilli Mayo Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Hellmann's Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes into slices or fries

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the sliced potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and shake around so they are all covered.

  3. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through.

  4. Make your dip by mixing the mayonnaise with the chilli powder and voila!

  5. Finish off with coriander (optional).
