Sweet Potato Fries with Chilli Mayo Dip
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp Hellmann's Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Slice the sweet potatoes into slices or fries
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the sliced potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and shake around so they are all covered.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
Make your dip by mixing the mayonnaise with the chilli powder and voila!
Finish off with coriander (optional).
