Crunchy Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • flaky sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and slice the sweet potatoes into very thin medallions

  2. Toss in a little bit of olive oil, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and bake for 20-30 min or until golden brown

  3. They’ll also crisp up more as they cool
