Crunchy Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- flaky sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F and slice the sweet potatoes into very thin medallions
Toss in a little bit of olive oil, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and bake for 20-30 min or until golden brown
They’ll also crisp up more as they cool
